AWX is PeopleIN's trades and labour brand in Australia, working across metro, regional and remote areas. Infrawork is its trades and labour brand in New Zealand, working nationwide. Both supply on-hire, contract and permanent workers, and both are managed through the same PeopleIN account structure, so clients working on both sides of the Tasman deal with one group.
What trades and labour roles can PeopleIN fill?
PeopleIN fills roles including carpenters, electricians, plumbers, fitters, welders, plant and machine operators, civil labourers, traffic controllers, production and process workers, packers, forklift drivers, storemen, cleaners and hygiene crews, and landscape and grounds maintenance staff. It also supplies supervisors and leading hands.
How quickly can PeopleIN supply a trades or labour crew?
AWX regularly mobilises crews within days and builds large teams within weeks. It scaled a Sydney food production site to 70 workers in three weeks, in blocks so each worker was trained properly. On the Sunshine Coast it took a landscaping contractor from a few workers to 12 across council sites in two weeks, then scaled back down when the work eased.

Account managers visit sites, run skills checks and handle replacements, and PeopleIN Workforce Advisory keeps pay compliant with awards and agreements.
Can PeopleIN fill the non-trade roles on our project as well?
Yes.
