FAQs
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What workforce services does PeopleIN offer?
PeopleIN offers four groups of services: workforce advisory and planning; specialised staffing, permanent recruitment and managed workforce services; PALM Scheme and First Nations recruitment; and environmental, surveying and facilities management, including tree planting, land surveying and shutdowns. Clients can use one service or combine several, and everything is managed through a single PeopleIN account manager.
What is a PeopleIN solution stack?
A solution stack is the combination of PeopleIN services and brands chosen for one client. PeopleIN assesses the client's roles, volumes, locations and compliance needs, then selects the brands and services to match, such as AWX for site crews, Perigon Group for finance staff and Partners On Country for First Nations participation. The stack runs under one account and one set of reporting.
How does PeopleIN's centralised account management work?
Every PeopleIN client has one dedicated account manager who looks after all services across all brands. The account manager knows the client's sector, keeps hiring within budget, can be based onsite for large workforces and can manage the client's Tier 2 suppliers. Clients keep access to wider specialist networks without managing several agencies themselves.
What can we see in the PeopleIN workforce management portal
The PeopleIN portal gives clients a live dashboard of their casual and on-hire workforce. Clients can view rosters and worker availability, request shifts, report incidents and download automated reports. It runs on PeopleIN's Salesforce-based rostering and payroll system, which flags missed details to service coordinators and keeps invoicing and reporting accurate.
How does PeopleIN price its workforce services?
PeopleIN quotes on the role, award or enterprise agreement, location, volume and length of the engagement. For on-hire staff, the charge rate covers the worker's pay plus statutory on-costs such as superannuation, payroll tax and workers' compensation, plus PeopleIN's margin. Clients using several services or high volumes benefit from volume-based pricing across the group.
How quickly can PeopleIN mobilise a workforce?
PeopleIN can usually mobilise crews within days to weeks, depending on volume and site requirements. AWX built a 70-person food production workforce in Sydney in three weeks, screening and inducting every worker in blocks so supervisors were not overwhelmed. On the Sunshine Coast, AWX scaled a landscaping client from a handful of workers to 12 across multiple sites in two weeks.
In summary
PeopleIN brings workforce advisory and planning, specialised staffing and recruitment, PALM Scheme and First Nations recruitment, and environmental, surveying and facilities services together in one place. After assessing a client's needs, PeopleIN designs a custom solution stack and puts it under one dedicated account manager, who can work onsite and manage other suppliers. Clients see rosters, availability and reports live in the PeopleIN workforce management portal and pay under volume-based pricing.
