Host Employer Indemnity

In partnership with Workcover Queensland, PeopleIN is the only labour hire business in Australia that can offer indemnity to approved clients through our Recover At Work program. This indemnity covers our host employer for any new injury or aggravation of injury.


Since implementing the Host Client Indemnity Deed, we’ve reduced return-to-work timeframes by two weeks for over 80 clients.

National Injury Management Solution (NIMS)

PeopleIN is a preferred provider for the National Injury Management Solution (NIMS), which offers specialist injury management tailored to our diverse workforce. 


NIMS provides:

  • Quick and early access to medical treatment
  • Communication templates and services for our PALM Scheme
  • Medical self-management kits for rural and remote areas
  • Reduced claims costs and lower premiums
