The Recover at Work program keeps injured employees connected to meaningful work, supports safe reintegration and strengthens workforce stability for employers. We partner with our clients throughout the recovery journey to ensure workers feel supported by both their employer and our team creating better engagement, faster recovery and sustainable long-term outcomes.

When a worker can’t return to their original host employer, we work with clients to identify safe, meaningful alternate duties to keep recovery on track.

This ensures workers stay engaged and employers remain supported throughout the recovery journey.
