Key Responsibilities:
- Collation of Site Timesheets: Collect and organise timesheets from various site locations in a timely manner.
- Data Entry into FoundU: Accurately enter timesheet data into the FoundU system, either through manual keying or data import.
- Employee Leave Management: Submit employee leave requests into FoundU, ensuring all required documentation is complete and compliant.
- Timesheet Reconciliation: Reconcile timesheets against sign-off records to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with site personnel and clients to clarify and resolve timesheet or payroll-related issues.
- Accuracy & Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of accuracy in all data entry and reconciliation tasks.
- Award Interpretation: Apply knowledge of relevant awards and agreements to identify and escalate any inconsistencies or system issues.
- Client Sign-Off: Provide finalised timesheet data to clients for approval, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
