Vision Survey is looking for an experienced Survey Manager who will lead from the field in the initial stages and scale our capability for long-term growth. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this is a career-defining opportunity to deliver critical projects today while shaping the capability and culture for tomorrow.
What You Will Be Doing
- Manage the projects, including planning, calculations, design, on-site delivery, QA and client reporting
- Coordinating teams of staff across shifts
- Deliver technical outputs using 12d and maintain QA systems to the highest standards
- Build and mentor a Brisbane-based survey team to support long-term growth
- Develop and strengthen client relationships, ensuring repeat work and reputation for delivery
- Partner with the General Manager to expand Vision Survey’s offering and pursue new opportunities in SE Queensland
- Strong background in civil and construction surveying, with proficiency in 12d design and reporting
- Hands-on leader who is confident in both the field and in managing teams
- Track record in client management, QA, compliance and project reporting
- Ideally Brisbane based, or committed to the region’s growth and client base
- Strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to business development and sector growth
