About the role
We are currently seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team based in Shellharbour to play a critical role in providing our clients' with the right candidate. You will support multiple customers across our business, ensuring participants are enabled to maximise choice and control, and employees are actively supporting services to be safe and compliant.
  
Responsibilities will include:
  • Administer all staff rosters that enable an effective balance to be achieved between optimising staffing efficiency and maximising staff satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with parties to ensure rosters reflect resource needs to meet service delivery demands.
  • Ensure the roster is completed and available to staff in a timely manner that meets industrial requirements.
  • Undertake administrative activities related to managing the roster, including but not limited to inputting and updating staff details and attendance preferences.
  • Liaise with staff regarding changes and updates to the roster.
  • Coordinate the provision of agency staff to ensure supplementary workforce to our customers.

You will possess the following:
  • Experience in a fast-paced customer service role (retail, call centre etc.)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Highly developed communication, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Skills relevant to roster coordination and management
  • Ability to effectively liaise with a range of internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
