The opportunity
Due to continued success and growth, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant
to join our high energy, collaborative and friendly Sydney
team. Ideally, you will have experience in recruiting across the I.T. the industry and bring drive and energy that matches our team.
This role will focus on new candidates and Clients building and maintaining relationships to increase market presence and help achieve financial growth.
- Identify, screen, interview and place candidates
- Ability to recruit high volume within blue collar industries
- Communicate effectively with candidates and clients
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Maintain database accuracy and general administration
Experience and Attitude
- Motivated, Autonomous & results focused
- Experience preferred in a customer focused industry, most of all you need drive and urgency!!
- Persistence, perseverance and positivity to achieve the desired outcome
- A desire to learn, be a part of a team and have fun!
