The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Melbourne. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about connecting candidates with the right opportunities.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting both clients and candidates across the blue-collar sector. No two days are the same, and you will be involved in everything from sourcing talent to building strong relationships and delivering recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and place candidates across a range of blue-collar roles
- Manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining a high level of candidate care
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Manage client accounts, ensuring consistent communication and understanding of workforce needs
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future requirements
- Ensure accurate record keeping within recruitment systems and follow established processes
We are looking for someone who enjoys a people-focused role and can perform well in a busy recruitment environment.
