About The Role
Right now, we are looking for a Return to Work Advisor to join the team. This is a permanent full time role.
Preferred experience in injury management however, open to candidates that have skills that align to the role.
You will be responsible for:
- Coordinate a return to work to pre-injury duties by working with the injured worker, their representatives, host clients, relevant insurers, and others as appropriate to achieve positives RTW outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with managers on all aspects of activities concerning to return to work, rehabilitation initiatives, reasonable adjustments, injury prevention and safe return to work after a workplace injury has occurred.
- Maintain information and processes within the organisations Injury Management Software.
- Maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders for a greater return to work outcome.
To be successful in this role you will be a self starter with a drive to deliver and be passionate about helping others succeed.
You will also have:
- Demonstrated experience in a return to work and/or injury management position would be highly regarded but not essential.
- Ability to work within a team as well as autonomously.
- Highly proficient in the use of technologies; Microsoft suite of products, and online injury management software.
