The opportunity
We are seeking a PALM Coordinator to join our vibrant team. In this role you will be responsible for the following:
- Visa applications and management
- Organisation and management of candidate documents, including passports, Vevo checks, etc.
- Managing PLS (Pacific Labour Scheme) inbox and communication
- General data entry
- General inquires

To be successful in this role you will have a drive to deliver and be a highly organised individual. You will be passionate about helping others succeed and be committed to this role.
You will also:
- Have administration or data entry experience
- Have good computer literacy
- A positive attitude, self-starter and someone who enjoys working in a supportive team environment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise whilst building positive internal and external relationships
