The Opportunity
We are seeking an Operation Manager based in Western Australia to manage a team of Onsite Account Managers across multiple client locations.
In this role you will be responsible for the following:
- Contributing to achieving profit results consistently by increasing productivity
- Reporting on activity ensuring compliance and KPIs are met on a daily basis
- Manage and prioritise key client relationships
- Planning and coordination of onsite resources
- Ensure staff are trained to perform at a high standard, organisation objectives are achieved, and the values and culture are upheld
- Implementing consistent processes to maximise efficiency, speed to market, and sales growth
- Ensuring fill rates remain at a maximum levels, daily
- Monitoring staff and supporting individuals and building team capability through training, development, and recruitment
This role requires a driven person, who thinks outside the square and has an entrepreneurial flair.
You will also have:
- 3+ years in a hands-on, high volume operational role
- Strong market knowledge and developed network
- Superior interpersonal skills - both written and verbal
- Significant management experience
- The ability to delegate and empower effectively both upward and downward within the structure
- Ability to develop and mentor staff to excel and deliver on operations targets
- Superior time management skills and effective organisational skills
- Persistence, perseverance, and positivity to achieve the desired outcome
