About The Role
As a dedicated Onsite Recruitment Consultant representing AWX for our busy clients food processing environment in Heathwood. Support across the candidate and client lifecycle – you will be at the heart of the action. The ideal candidate will possess a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
It can be fast-paced and high volume requiring the ability to be agile whilst delivering quality in all areas of service. But we have your back, you will be supported to thrive, with mentoring and training to ensure you are successful.
This role will suit and early riser starting at 5:30am - 1:30pm Mon - Fri and the ability to be flexible occasionally with onsite requirements.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment activities to source, screen, and present qualified candidates, maintaining a continuous pipeline of talent to meet service demands
- Oversee the end-to-end coordination of worker assignments, including onboarding, site inductions, assignment changes, and off-boarding processes
- Answer phone calls and address inquiries promptly, adapt to workforce management and payroll systems, and complete daily client KPIs within set timeframes.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with the onsite workforce to support engagement, retention, and productivity
- Act as a key point of contact for workers and assist with day-to-day queries relating to assignments, site expectations, and workplace matters
- Participate in client meetings, service reviews, and operational planning discussions to support service delivery and continuous improvement
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients to ensure expectations are understood and service standards are met
Your experience working in a similar recruitment and/or customer service role will provide a solid foundation for your success. You will be a self-starter with a positive attitude, outstanding work ethic and a genuine desire to learn and develop.
You will possess the following:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Be a people person - we are open to your background but you must be a people person!
