We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our team and help drive continued growth across a portfolio of brands within our Engineering, Trades & Labour (ETL) division.
This is a fixed-term maternity leave cover opportunity, offering the chance to step into a well-established marketing role and make an impact across a diverse portfolio of brands.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, this role combines strategy with hands-on delivery. With the support of a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll develop and execute marketing plans that drive revenue growth, client and candidate attraction, brand awareness and stronger commercial outcomes.
Working closely with divisional leaders, Sales and Operations, you’ll gain a strong understanding of each brand’s market, competitors and customers to identify growth opportunities and deliver measurable results.

About the Role
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with ETL growth priorities
- Drive client and candidate acquisition through digital, content, events and targeted campaigns
- Partner with Sales and Operations on growth opportunities, ABM and sector campaigns
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, website, capability and campaign development
- Improve digital performance across SEO, AI/LLM visibility, paid media and social
- Develop sales enablement content, including proposals, case studies, insights and collateral
- Optimise client and candidate journeys through automation, retention and conversion strategies
- Plan and deliver events, sponsorships and thought leadership activity
- Track marketing performance, lead flow and pipeline outcomes
- Support tenders, RFIs and priority divisional or Group initiatives
What You’ll Bring
You’re a proactive and adaptable marketer who enjoys combining big-picture strategy with hands-on delivery. You’re comfortable managing competing priorities, collaborating with a variety of stakeholders and working across multiple brands.
Ideally, you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Media & Communications or a related field
- 5+ years’ experience developing strategic marketing plans and campaigns
- Strong digital campaign management and optimisation skills
- Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills
- A data-driven approach with demonstrable marketing results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A strong eye for creativity and content creation
- Experience with CMS platforms and Mailchimp
- CRM experience, such as Salesforce
- Experience with Facebook Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Basic design skills using Canva
