Be a driving force in an exciting new era for Edmen CSS and PeopleIN’s Health & Community Division. The Edmen business is at a key growth stage, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & Communications and working closely with your divisional CEO and management teams.
About the role
You will be primarily responsible for leading the end-to-end marketing function for Edmen Community Staffing. You’ll also collaborate regularly with the First Choice Care Marketing Manager, sharing insights and aligning strategies to support both healthcare and community staffing brands.
Maternity leave, Part time - 4 days/week, hybrid
- Develop strategic marketing plans across your brands
- Develop, coordinate, execute and measure effective B2B (Youth and disability support workers) and BC2 (Youth and disability support providers) marketing campaigns that are designed to meet business goals (acquisition and retention of clients & candidates)
- Event and merchandise management
- End-to-end content and social media management, including design (largely using existing Canva templates) – paid and organic campaigns
- Proposal development
- SEO and AI optimisation
- Campaign reporting
This role is suited to a self-starter who’s comfortable owning the day-to-day marketing activities, as well as developing long-term strategies.
Experience
- 4+ years’ experience in developing strategic marketing plans
- End-to-end hands on marketing experience, including strong digital marketing, copywriting, brand and collateral, and social media management skills
- Event and merch management
- Data-driven marketing strategy with demonstrable results
- Strong project management, multi-tasking, and decision-making skills
- Strong design skills (Canva)
- Customer-first approach to marketing initiatives
- Eye for creativity
- Google Analytics
- Social platforms, including Facebook (inc. Business Manager) and Instagram
- CRM platforms
- Email and webinar platforms
- Knowledge of basic CMS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media and Communications or related fields
