The Opportunity
We are on the hunt to find an exceptional Internal Talent Coordinator to join the Group Talent function at our Head Quarters in the Valley.
You will lead Talent Acquisition for a portfolio of brands. This role will focus on managing the recruitment, sourcing and talent pooling of all roles across the group of brands.
Talent Acquisition
- Briefing with Hiring Mangers
- Ad placement
- Strategic search and pooling through online channels (seek, Linkedin)
- Interviewing quality candidates
- Offer negotiation
- Onboarding
- Manage the workforce plan for the a portfolio of Brands/Hiring Managers
- Work with the Group Head of Talent to continually develop and refine best practice onboarding process
- Support smooth and aligned integration of new acquisitions’ workforce into the Group
- Work on key talent projects including Learning and Development, Employee Experience and Candidate experience
This requires a strong relationship building skills and a thorough understanding of Talent Aquisition for varied roles.
- 2+ years’ experience working in the Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Deep expertise in working with complex, people-centered organisations on projects and programs relating to Talent Acquisition and Talent Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
