The Opportunity
We are on the hunt to find an exceptional Internal Talent Coordinator to join the Group Talent function at our Head Quarters in the Valley.
You will support Talent Acquisition for a portfolio of brands.
This role will suit a candidate who has a strong admin background with a keen interest in Internal Talent or an Agency Recruiter with min 6 months experience.
Talent Coordination
- Ad placement
- Strategic search and pooling through online channels (Seek, LinkedIn)
- Onboarding process
- Monthly Reporting preparation
- Screening candidates
- Work with the Group Head of Talent to continually develop and refine best practice onboarding process
- Support smooth and aligned integration of new acquisitions’ workforce into the Group
- Work on key talent projects including Learning and Development, Employee Experience and Candidate experience
- Briefing with Hiring Manger
- Interviewing quality candidates
- Offer negotiation
This requires a strong relationship building skills and a thorough understanding of Talent Aquisition for varied roles.
- 6 months + experience working in the Recruitment and Talent Acquisition OR strong Admin background
- Deep expertise in working with complex, people-centered organisations on projects and programs relating to Talent Acquisition and Talent Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
