The Opportunity
We’re on the hunt for an exceptional Internal Talent Administrator to join our Group Talent team based at our Head Office in Fortitude Valley.
This is an exciting opportunity to support Talent Acquisition across a diverse group of brands, with a strong focus on recruitment coordination, sourcing, talent pooling, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing Talent Acquisition
- Coordinate recruitment approval processes
- Write and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms
- Source and build talent pipelines through channels such as SEEK and LinkedIn
- Support targeted talent campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing team
- Screen and interview high-quality candidates
- Prepare monthly talent and recruitment reporting
- Manage onboarding processes including pre-employment checks, contracts and IT setup
- Support workforce planning across a portfolio of brands and hiring managers
- Partner with the Group Head of Talent to continually improve onboarding best practices
- Assist with the integration of new acquisitions into the wider group workforce
- Contribute to key talent projects across Learning & Development, Employee Experience and Candidate Experience
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High energy with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
