About the Role
The Systems Implementation Consultant will drive the successful migration of core Front-Mid office Recruitment based business systems (CRM, Client and Candidate onboarding, Applicant Tracking, Job Order Management, Time & Attendance) by confirming business requirements/configuring SAS/COTS based solutions, designing to-be state business processes/instruction level procedures, and report writing. They prepare the business for UAT (inclusive of training the UAT team), and support triaging & addressing issues during UAT. They help prepare the new systems for Go-Live.

To succeed in this role, you will be a strong communicator who can build relationships across all levels of the business. You are detail oriented, ready to take on new challenges, and passionate about accuracy and process improvement.
What We Are Looking For:
- Education: Information Systems, Computer Science,
- Experience: 3–5 years as a Systems Implementation consultant, on system migration projects (e.g. CRM, ERP).
- Proficient in writing SQL to generate reports
- Demonstrated experience in translating business requirements into systems configuration
- Demonstrated experience in writing/delivering instructional level training operational staff on target state systems/processes
- Familiarity with diagramming tools (Visio, Lucidchart).
