Regional Workforce Management (RWM) powered by PeopleIN - Australia's largest ASX-listed family of workforce solutions brands.
RWM is proudly Australian-owned, dedicated to connecting businesses with tailored recruitment and workforce management solutions since 2000. Formerly FIP Group, we’ve spent over two decades supporting the backbone of Australia - the food, agriculture, forestry and fisheries industries. By blending local expertise with a national reach, we deliver reliable and committed people who help businesses grow, thrive and stand strong.
What started as a small operation helping local businesses quickly grew into something much bigger. Our founders’ ability to connect with people - sharing experiences, solutions and hope – helped forge strong bonds with businesses and communities alike. As we expanded from labour hire to permanent recruitment and into connecting skilled workers from across the borders, our mission has remained the same: to provide real solutions that save Australia’s food and agriculture business time and resources.
