Are you a high-performing sales leader with a passion for driving growth in the blue-collar recruitment sector? We’re seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead, scale and energise our national sales function.

About the Role
This is a key executive role responsible for revenue growth, strategic client acquisition, and building a high-performing sales culture across industrial, construction, logistics, manufacturing and trades sectors.

In this role, you will be a key driver of the national business development strategy, leverage your  extensive existing network, and deliver measurable results. You will have the autonomy to make an impact and the support to succeed— surrounded by a team of Branch Managers, Account Managers, and Recruiters dedicated to delivering on your clients’ needs. We cut the red tape and let you chase the opportunities where ever they are, we can deliver all over Australia with our extensive branch network.
  • Develop and execute the national sales strategy
  • Lead, mentor and grow a high-performing sales team
  • Drive new business across blue collar sectors
  • Build strong relationships with major clients and key accounts
  • Identify new market opportunities and expansion channels
  • Oversee tender submissions and large workforce solutions
About You
You are a results-driven leader with a proven track record in recruitment sales, ideally within blue collar, labour hire or workforce solutions.
You will bring:
  • 5+ years in a senior sales leadership role within recruitment or labour hire
  • Strong network across construction, industrial, logistics or manufacturing sectors
  • Demonstrated experience exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience leading national or multi-state sales teams
  • Commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability
  • Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • High energy, resilience and a hands-on leadership style
