The Opportunity:
In your role as Delivery Consultant, you will be supporting a significant candidate and client base. This position will see you assisting the entire candidate lifecycle through the source, interview and selection of candidates in the high volume and perm IT space. With active client requests coming in daily, it will be important to build and maintain a candidate pool to ensure you are able to meet requirements on a regular basis, in turn, delivering on quality to be seen as the go to partner in this space.
To be considered you must have:
Experience recruiting for IT positions will be highly regarded, though if you are an experienced Recruitment Administrator or have a background working in Sales looking to move into this space, we have significant training and support to assist you. It is also beneficial for you to have:
- Previous experience as a Resource in an agency environment
- Experience working to and exceeding targets and deliverables
- Strong background in administration and compliance roles
- Developed candidate management and interview skills
- History of lead generation and billing outcomes
- Strong time management and critical thinking ability
- Positive and energetic approach to your working day
