About the role
We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our highly driven Far North Qld team, based in Townsville. This role will require a motivated individual with a positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service to all you encounter.
You will be responsible for;
- Develop strategic and effective candidate and client relationships predominantly in the blue collar space.
- Implement new solutions for candidates and clients
- Identify new business and account growth opportunities and collaborate to pursue these
- Create and implement business development initiatives for multiple locations
- Manage forecasts to ensure targets are achieved
- Mentor and develop team to ensure their productivity
To be successful in this role you will be a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across the business at all levels. You will be career focused with the drive to take on further opportunities and challenges as they rise.
You will also have:
- Recruitment experience or relevant business development experience
- Sales and client relationship management experience
- Demonstrated communications & presentation skills
- Intermediate MS Excel & Word skills
- Proven customer service and sales skills
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with client contacts
- Experience developing and managing high performance teams
