About the role
We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our highly driven team. This role has been created to grow and develop our current loyal clients Nationally. You will be supported by a specialist recruitment team along with mentoring from the General Manager Sales every step of the way.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Work with Operations teams to grow and develop current and NEW clients
- Stakeholder engagement and relationship building
- Fostering new and existing client base
- Grow client base - range of industries, mainly blue collar, food production etc.
- Maintenance of database, admin, and reporting
- Research and reviewing market changes
You will be a self-starter with an outstanding work ethic and a genuine desire to achieve, and in return we will offer you a great work environment and career growth.
You will also possess the following:
- Experience in a client development or account management role
- Proven experience in a client facing role
- Ability to build relationships with high level stakeholders
- A friendly, professional manner
- Capability and willingness to learn new systems and processes
