About the Role
The Payroll Business Analyst (BA) partners with the payroll team, Finance, IT, and external vendors to lead the successful migration of the organisation’s payroll platform. Acting as the bridge between payroll operations, business users and internal/external technical teams, the BA validates requirements, designs processes, validates data, and ensures that the new system meets regulatory, functional, and performance expectations while minimising disruption to payroll operations.

What We Are Looking For:
- Experience with parallel‑run payroll testing and reconciliation techniques.
- Knowledge of cloud‑based payroll SaaS platforms and their APIs/integrations.
- Ability to create process documentation using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
- Excellent communicator, and effective trainer on payroll systems
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- Strong problem‑solving mindset; proactive in identifying gaps before they become issues.
