About the Role
The Technical Business Analyst (BA) drives the successful migration of core business systems (CRM, Client and Candidate onboarding, Applicant Tracking, Job Order Management, Time & Attendance, Pay & Charge, Finance integration) by confirming business requirements/configuring SAS based solutions, designing to-be state business processes, and validating data. The role also leverages solid SQL skills to extract, transform & load data, reconciling data across legacy and target platforms.

To succeed in this role, you will be a strong communicator who can build relationships across all levels of the business. You are detail oriented, ready to take on new challenges, and passionate about accuracy and process improvement.
What We Are Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years as a Business Analyst on system implementation or migration projects (ERP, CRM, payroll, finance, etc.).
- Proficient in writing SQL selects, joins, sub‑queries, CTEs, and basic data‑cleaning scripts; able to create validation queries and simple stored procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in training operational staff on target state systems/processes
- Experience with data‑migration utilities (e.g., SSIS) or scripting languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with project‑management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project) and diagramming tools (Visio, Lucidchart).
