Key Responsibilities Business Analysis (Primary Focus)
- Assess current business process flows (already documented)
- Elicit, analyze, and document critical business requirements through stakeholder engagement.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops and process mapping sessions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between business goals and delivered solutions.
- Support solution testing and validation to ensure requirements are met.
- Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define tightly the scope of work for the project, with Sponsor and steering committee
- Develop and manage a detailed project plan, schedule, budget.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including business and IT stakeholders, to deliver project outcomes.
- Monitor progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and quality standards.
- Manage third-party vendors and external contributors as needed.
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects to tight timelines.
- Proven proficiency to lead both business and IT team members to achieve shared goals.
- Strong background in driving process and technology improvement initiatives, particularly where existing processes are complex or fragmented.
- Experience in both business analysis and project management roles within medium to large-scale projects.
- Experience in managing and working within Agile delivery methodology.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) preferred.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM) highly desirable.
