This opportunity is with one of our fast-growing entities, Vision Surveys. Vision Surveys (QLD) has been operating in Queensland for over a decade, with the three Directors having a combined local presence of over 50 years. They provide comprehensive Mining, Engineering, or Cadastral Land Surveying and Town Planning Consulting.
About the role
Due to continued success and growth, we are seeking someone to join the team to offer Admin and Office Support based in Gladstone.
This role is permanent part time, offering school hours 9:00am to 2pm – Monday to Friday.
Given the nature of the business, this role will suit candidates with Admin experience who may be keen to learn the basic drafting skills using Auto CAD.
You will be responsible for:
keen to learn the drafting side of things
- General reception duties
- Answering client enquiries
- Filing, data entry, and scanning
- Booking flights and accommodation
- Assisting the wider administration function
- Ensuring the smooth running of the office
- Maintaining stakeholder relationships
- New jobs and client setups
- Raising client invoices
To be successful in this role you will be dedicated and driven, with the ability to think outside the box.
You will also:
- Be motivated, autonomous, and results driven
- Have experience in a customer service is advantageous
- Be persistent, perseverant, and positive to achieve the desired outcome
- Have a "can do" attitude and work well as part of a team
