The Opportunity
Due to continued success and strong growth, we are seeking an experienced 360 Account Manager to help drive the expansion of our business and brand in Mount Isa.

This role is ideal for a Recruitment Consultant ready to take the next step or an experienced Account Manager looking for a new challenge. You will focus on managing existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and strengthening long term relationships to increase our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of loyal existing clients
  • Identify key players and new business opportunities to support ongoing growth
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen sustainable client and stakeholder relationships
  • Demonstrate flexibility, resilience, and sound decision making
  • Recruit high volumes of candidates within blue collar industries
  • Communicate effectively with both candidates and clients
  • Maintain a strong and consistent candidate pipeline
About You: 
We are looking for someone who thinks outside the box, brings entrepreneurial flair, and thrives in an energetic, fast-paced environment.
  • Motivated, autonomous, and results driven
  • Proven experience in Sales, Recruitment, or Account Management
  • Persistence, positivity, and perseverance to achieve successful outcomes
  • Ability to work independently. This role is predominantly autonomous with strong support from other AWX offices
