PeopleIN’s healthcare labour solutions business Edmen Community Staffing Solutions has helped The Endeavour Foundation smash the target for their annual Tax Appeal.

This year’s dollar match day, supported by Edmen, contributed $23,000 towards the huge final appeal figure of $140,000.

Edmen General Manager, Marlyn Soulakelles said the business builds long term client focused service, social responsibility and is committed to delivering superior support for people requiring assistance and care.

The relationship with Endeavour, which began in 2009, is a perfect example.

“The workers we recruit play a vital role in empowering individuals with disabilities, promoting their well-being, and facilitating their active participation in society,” Marlyn said.

“They often act as advocates for individuals with disabilities, ensuring their rights and needs are respected. Through this advocacy, disability support workers help individuals assert their rights and achieve greater independence.”

“We’re proud to have a long-standing relationship with Endeavour Foundation, an organisation which supports people to live their best lives and remove barriers which prevent them from exploring and realising their potential.”

The Endeavour Foundation’s Corporate Partnerships Manager Roxanne Carruth said the relationship with Edmen is a trusted one, built over a long period.

“We’re so pleased to have had a partnership with Edmen Community Staffing Solutions for so many years,” Roxanne said.

“Our corporate partners are important contributors, supporting the vital services we deliver to our clients. Not only do Edmen supply us with workers to enable us to support our clients but their dollar match day support for our Tax Appeal played an important part in us going well over the $100,000 target we hoped to achieve this year.”
