The PALM scheme allows eligible Australian businesses to hire workers from 9 Pacific Islands and Timor-Leste, when local Australian employees are not available. Through PeopleIN, your business may recruit workers for longer-term unskilled or semi-skilled roles between one and 4 years.

The scheme allows Pacific and Timorese workers to develop their skills for their own countries and send income home to support their families and communities.
