There’s been very good progress this month for Program UNITE. We have revised our go live dates as a result of taking a different approach to rolling out the new systems in-order to minimise operational disruption.

As you may already know, we are rolling out  three new systems:

•    Finance system –  FFA
•    Payroll system – 2Cloud9 and
•    Workforce Management System – Sirenum

The roll out will occur, vertical by vertical, with Health and Community the first to receive the new systems.  Deploying to one vertical at a time provides for a more manageable implementation for both operational and program teams. It also allows activities like half year reporting and Finance end of month to continue without interruption, and ensures draw on operational resources for training purposes is also limited while business continuity is maintained.
