And, while they have good success in the eastern states, deploying National Manager of Techforce's Facilities Management division, Ronnel Britannia, to Brisbane signals their commitment to further building a national presence.

"Our expansion plans are a direct response to the increased demand for services and supply from our clients on this side of the country. Their focus spans across regional FIFO (Fly-In, Fly-Out) workplaces and urban settings, ensuring a wide-reaching impact.
The Facilities Management East Coast Grand Recruitment Day, held in Brisbane earlier this month, highlighted the tremendous demand for qualified individuals in the sector. More than 120 people attended the two sessions, emphasising the strong interest in the opportunities offered by Techforce.
"The outstanding turnout underscores the eagerness from candidates in the sector," Ronnel said.
"There’s a big candidate pool interested in both FIFO and urban based positions and it was a great opportunity to provide them with a comprehensive understanding of what these roles entail."
